March 8, 2019 McDaniel names DeMarcus White as head coach DeMarcus White has been named McDaniel head football coach. White, the 26th head coach in the storied 124-year history of Green Terror football, takes over the reins after serving on the staff for the last three seasons as defensive coordinator.

February 27, 2019 Allegheny names Nagy head football coach Allegheny has announced the hiring of Rich Nagy, a veteran coach with more than 30 years of experience at the Division I and III levels, as its 35th head football coach.

February 26, 2019 Beschorner to lead Blugolds UW-Eau Claire has announced the hiring of Wesley Beschorner as the head football coach. Beschorner, who had been the quarterbacks coach at the University of Maryland, becomes the 17th coach in school history.

February 22, 2019 Chimera named JHU head coach Greg Chimera, who has been an assistant coach at Johns Hopkins since he graduated from the school in 2009, was named interim coach earlier this offseason and will officially be the Blue Jays' head coach in 2019. He replaces Jim Margraff, who died earlier this year.

February 20, 2019 Elmhurst names McDonald head football coach Elmhurst College has named Jeff McDonald as its new head football coach. McDonald, who has spent the past two seasons as the defensive coordinator at Illinois Wesleyan, becomes the 20th head coach in Elmhurst history.

February 4, 2019 Nat Clark named Husson head coach BANGOR, Maine – Nat Clark has been announced as Husson University's fourth head football coach, effective immediately.

January 22, 2019 Price steps down as Husson coach After 12 dedicated years as Husson's head football coach, Gabby Price announced that he would be stepping down from his position with the program on Tuesday morning. Price was the program's head coach from 2002-2008 and returned in 2013.

January 14, 2019 Bowdoin names Hammer head football coach Bowdoin College has announced the hiring of Allegheny coach B.J. Hammer to head the Polar Bear football program.

January 11, 2019 Duerr leaves Beloit to return to Ohio After five seasons as a Division III head coach, D3football.com All-American Seth Duerr is returning to Division II Tiffin as an assistant.

January 11, 2019 Larson steps down at UW-Eau Claire Dan Larson led his alma mater out of the WIAC football basement. But now he'll be joining the coaching staff at Division I FCS heavyweight North Dakota State.

January 2, 2019 JHU coach Jim Margraff dies Jim Margraff, who coached Johns Hopkins to more than 200 career wins and a trip to the Division III football national semifinals this season, has died at the age of 58.

December 17, 2018 Aubry appointed Concordia-Chicago head coach Jason Aubry has been appointed the 19th head coach in the history of the Concordia-Chicago football program. He succeeds Mike Jucsik, who served as the interim head coach during the 2018 season.

December 14, 2018 Kelly out at Widener The Widener athletic department announced Friday that head football coach Mike Kelly is no longer employed at the university. Kelly posted a record of 4-6 in 2018.

December 11, 2018 Heffernan named St. Scholastica head coach Mike Heffernan, who came back to St. Scholastica as offensive coordinator this past season, will be the head coach next fall.

December 6, 2018 Abilene native takes McMurry job Jordan Neal, a former starting quarterback at Hardin-Simmons and assistant head coach at Hendrix, will be returning to Abilene to become head coach at McMurry.

November 12, 2018 Dolciato out at St. Vincent After five years, St. Vincent is looking for a replacement for Ron Dolciato, who took over a program coming off back-to-back winless seasons but won just eight games the past three seasons.

November 8, 2018 Johnson stepping aside at Earlham After Saturday's game against Rose-Hulman, Nick Johnson will be moving into a new role at Earlham, allowing him to spend more time taking care of his family. His wife, Melissa, former women's basketball coach at Earlham, has been fighting a genetic pancreatic condition.
